Working in the service lane

In the expanded service lane view, there are functions that let you work with the service lane such as accessing the applications; adding details; reassigning team members; messaging.

  1. Click under the Parts or Flags label to add or update indicators and flags as described in Setting parts indicators and flags.
  2. Click "Remove" to delete the vehicle from the vehicle queue list (Dealer Administrators only).
  3. Click a function button to access the underlying applications and work with the vehicle as described in Accessing the applications.
    • Alternatively, an "Open in App" drop-down list appears if more than one link is available.
  4. Click "Details" to open the Service Visit page for the vehicle. It shows additional information such as service documents as described in Managing the service visit .
  5. Select a sub-tab to access further information and functions as described next.

Note: The "Hold" button is for future use.
